FlansburghArchitects

People

Our project teams are comprised of highly experienced staff members, who combine their knowledge and creativity to devise beautiful, integrated, and sustainable design solutions. Our average staff tenure is 10 years; our average level of experience is 15 years; two thirds of our architects are LEED certified. To ensure consistency and a high degree of personal service for our clients, we maintain the same core team throughout a project and our four principals are personally involved in every design.

Mr. Croteau has spoken at educational conferences including the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), the Society of College and University Planners (SCUP), and the Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE) about the Living Building Challenge, educational master planning and sustainable design.
