The Berkshire Country Day School (PreK-9) is a charming collection of historic, rustic Tudor-style buildings arranged around a central green. The campus began as Brook Farm, an 1890’s residential country house with barns and out buildings. Flansburgh is overseeing a renovation to Furey Hall, the original cow barn of Brook Farm. The lower level was converted to two new spaces: a Library and Learning Commons with a glass-enclosed distance learning room; and a music room with a small performance platform. The historic timber and stone structure was enhanced with a glass wall strengthening the connection to the central green.
