Organized in four-bedroom and six-bedroom suites and designed as houses along a meandering path, Founder’s Hall is respectful of its surrounding residential neighborhood. Adding unique jewel-like dormers to spaces within the pitched roof further reduces the size of this 229-bed facility. The program includes a major dining commons, student café, and student lounges on each floor to encourage interaction and foster a sense of community.
